Discover our latest innovations: MITA Downforce System, MITA Power Saving Systems, and MdHD.

MDHD

Mita, with its latest patented product, offers a control valve that includes an anti-dumping system capable of reducing excessive shocks caused by heavy tools during transport. This provides a significant improvement in terms of comfort and maneuverability of the tractor, increasing operator safety and reducing the chance of mechanical damage due to overload. The MdHD system is available in two different versions: one activated via a manual switch and the other through an intercepting solenoid valve. The valves are compatible with every HPL in the MITA mechanical range and are available both as OEM parts on HPL systems and as aftermarket additions to existing MITA products.

MITA Downforce System

MITA introduces a patented double-acting system for its line of mechanical HPLs. The system provides, through the patented control valve and dedicated double-acting external cylinders, downforce during the lowering movement of the arms, while maintaining the full lifting capacity of the single-acting version. This feature ensures complete penetration of the tool, even on extremely hard soils. It also allows for the controlled downward movement of the unloaded lifter, facilitating the attachment of the tool. The system is also available in electronic and electromechanical versions. Each of the three configurations can be customized according to the specific application required.

MITA Power Saving System

MITA participates in the sustainability challenge by developing a Load Sensing solution for its complete mechanical and electronic systems. This solution, when paired with a variable displacement pump, allows the system to deliver only the required amount of oil while maintaining a constant ∆p value, thereby drastically reducing energy consumption, especially during idle or low-load operation phases. The solution consists of main control valves and HPL directional control valves, available in both mechanical and electronic versions. It significantly reduces load losses (up to -80%) and keeps the oil temperature low during idle phases. Additionally, it provides refined coil dosing and allows the simultaneous use of HPL and DCV.
