Nineties

Acquisition of Mita Oleodinamica SpA, Verona, specialized in hydraulic power lifts with position and draft control and hydraulic valves for Agricultural Tractors

1999

Established a joint-venture in India, "Mita-Harig India", for the manufacture of hydraulic power lifts for the Indian Market and Far East

2000

Acquires the Swedish trademark Axla, a well known trademark for Pick-Up Hitches

2007

Acquisition of CBM Polska from Same Deutz-Fahr Group situated near Lublin and specialized in the production of components for Agricultural Tractors.

2010

Acquisition 100% of the shares in Mita-Harig India Pvt. Ltd. The new name of the company is MITA INDIA Put. Ltd.

2017

New factory in Dewas (Indore) - India
